Do you provide any rental items?
Yes, Enchanted Floral Events has an inventory of options available to rent. Our selection includes a variety of vases, candelabras, lanterns, draping, arches, pedestals, chandeliers, and more.
Do you deliver single floral arrangements for occasions such as birthdays, holidays, or anniversaries?
Enchanted Floral Events does not offer single floral arrangements. We specialize in floral events such as weddings, banquets, and events of all sizes for any occasion, etc. Contact the studio directly for more detailed information.
Do you require a deposit to "Save the Date"?
Yes, we require a 25% non-refundable deposit to save the date for your event.
Can I make changes to my order?
Yes, Enchanted Floral Events is flexible and anticipates changes. We will accept changes up to one month prior to your event.
Do you have a delivery, set-up, transfer or pick up fee?
Yes, our fees are based on several factors such as location, volume of work, staffing, etc.
How soon should I book my event?
Enchanted Floral Events recommends reserving your date as soon as possible. Why? Because due to the nature of the wedding and event industry, our calendar gets fully booked 6 months to 1 year in advance.
What are your hours?
We are an event only floral studio and are open by appointment only Wednesday-Sunday. However, we welcome our clients to visit the studio, yet we recommend you call in advance to make sure we are not out at an event.
